Hi I’m Wilfred, your Economics & Mathematics mentor! I had been a part-time teacher at a UK top 25 independent school, while tutoring and teaching 50+ students. With experience as an A-Level Examiner for AQA and OCR, I have a thorough understanding of exam criteria. Before all that, I graduated from LSE with a BSc. Economics degree. Having achieved 5A*/As in my A-Levels, I focus on teaching Economics (IB, A-Levels, GCSE) and Mathematics (A-Levels, GCSE). I strive hard to keep students intrigued and motivated with my teaching, while balancing that with exam technique and practice. I believe real learning is fun, intriguing and innate to our natural curiosity.
Online Lesson details:
– Dedicated notes and topic-specific questions will be provided after each lesson
– Lessons can be recorded under request to allow students to revisit explained topics
– Online lessons will be scheduled at an appropriate time depending on the student and mentor’s availability
– An online video-conferencing software will be used to conduct the lesson, and an interactive whiteboard is used for diagrams in Economics and graphs in Mathematics
– Lessons will start on a one-to-one private basis, but may change to a shared session with a maximum of 2 students
(Students in the same subject and level will be grouped together)

Terms and Conditions:
– 50% of the lesson cost will be charged if the lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
– Qurious Education mentors reserve the right to not extend the lesson if the student joins the lesson late
– If the student decides to continue after the first session, payment will be made online for future lessons planned that month
– Online payments will continue automatically every month until a cancellation request is made
